At Swissmann, we are committed to providing high-quality hotel and home appliances. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth experience for both B2C (individual customers purchasing online) and B2B (business clients ordering via inquiry form).

1. Return & Refund Policy Overview

  • B2C (E-commerce purchases): 30-day return window from the delivery date.
  • B2B (Bulk orders via inquiry form): Returns accepted only for defective/damaged items upon delivery.
  • Condition for Return: Items must be in original packaging, with all accessories.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Swissmann covers return shipping for defective/wrong items; for B2C change-of-mind returns, customers bear return shipping costs.

2. Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return & Refund (Within 30 Days)
  • Undamaged products in original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and original invoices must be included.
  • Products must not show signs of damage, or modification.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Damaged
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Returns & refunds are only accepted for defective or damaged items upon delivery.
  • Customers must report issues within 7 days of receiving the order with photo/video proof.
  • If the defect is verified, Swissmann will arrange for replacement or refund (if no replacement is available).
  • Bulk orders cannot be returned for a change of mind after confirmation.

3. Return & Refund Process

  • Submit a return request via our website or contact customer service within 30 days.
  • Receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return instructions.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Ship the item back using the provided return label (customer covers return shipping unless defective).
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof.
  • Swissmann will verify and arrange for replacement or refund.
  • If a return is approved, customers will receive shipping instructions.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14-20 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange within the return time-frame.
  • A replacement unit will be sent once the returned product is received and inspected.

5. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Swissmann covers return shipping for defective/wrong items.
  • For B2C change-of-mind returns, customers bear return shipping costs.
  • B2B customers must inspect bulk orders upon delivery, as return shipping for non-defective items is not covered.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • B2C refunds: Processed within 10-14 business days after item inspection.
  • B2B refunds: Processed within 14-20 business days once verified.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

7. Special Conditions

  • Missing Accessories: Partial refunds may be given if returned items are missing accessories.
  • Gift with Purchase: Any free gifts must be returned along with the product.
  • Lost Invoice: Swissmann will attempt to verify the purchase, but returns may be denied without proof of purchase.
